Folk Song and Dance Ensemble Sokolowianie

Founded in 2002, Folk Song and Dance Ensemble Sokolowianie has toured the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Macedonia, Russia, Spain, and the United States. Originally, the troupe only performs regional songs and dances in northeastern Poland (Podlaskie Voivodeship), but as the dancers enhance their skills, they also started to perform dances from other parts of Poland, including Lublin and Opoczno, as well as the five major Polish national dances: Kujawiak, Oberek, Krakowiak, Polonaise, and Mazur.
